Open Question: Parents can you account for every bump and bruise your child has?

I have a 7 year old son, who constantly has bumps and bruises. Well today we had a family pal over who commented on his bruises, was asking where they every came from. I was like well most of them I have no freaking clue only 2 I know where they came from. He has a bruise on the side of his eye from getting hit with a baseball while playing with his brother, and he has 2 long scratches on his elbow/arm from falling down on the pavement at school. Those are the only ones I know where they came from the relax I don't know and he doesn't either. Well my pal commented "you should know where they every came from" Me "how in the world am I supposed to know about every of them, not like I strip search him daily to check for new ones" Her "well if he were my son I would know" Me " Yeah ok you say that now, but you don't have kids" Her "whatever" and very shortly after that she leaves. Thank heavens she did the tension in the room was so thick you could clip it with a knife. Anyway it got me thinking. Am I the only mom who's child always seems to have bruises, but also has no clue where they every arrive from other than being a kid? So that is my question do you parents know where every of your kids's bumps and bruises arrive from and when they happened?

Im turning 18 this sunday and getting my first tatoo. Im getting my last name down my tricep since my last name is only 3 letters long. Open Question: Does MLB 10 The Show live up to the hype or don't believe the hype?

It's supposed to be the first home console baseball game that has realism with major upgrades over anything that's arrive out before. The trailers for it look awesome, but trailers can be souped up because they're only snippets of the game and you don't look the glitches when you actually receive the game home and play it. Anyone play MLB 10 The Show? What did you think of it? I don't want to spend $60 on it unless it's awesome.

Open Question: Help, tryouts are for baseball are just five months away?

I have had lots of training with baseball, I am one of the best players out of over 200 players who sign up in a home league, although I am, I doubt I could make a travel team, I'm 5' tall, age eleven, and would be trying out for a 12U team this August. Open Question: sharp headache during exercise?

I was using a jump rope. A blunt pain somewhere in the top-middle-left of my cortex (Im guessing). It seemed to not be in my eye. It felt almost like a baseball bat hit my head. I fell over while my legs kept me standing. 5 hours previous to it I drank about 2 more cups of coffee than usual. I also had this happen 2 or 3 times while running about a year ago. Could it be the caffeine?

Open Question: Will it ever stop hurting when I use my weighted hula hoop?

I have had a 3 lb weighted hula hoop for a few days now, and it kills when i use it. After the first day, it felt like someone took a baseball bat to my side. It's not exactly my muscles that are hurting either, more like my skin and every of the tissue beneath it! IT'S LONG BUT PLEASE READ hey. i need to loose like 20 pounds really quick. it is may 9 2010 and im going on vacation w/ my brother baseball team and my pal on june 25. I NEEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. i weight 140 and 5'3 1/2 right now but i don't show it at alll. like really i suck in my stomach every the time its kinda like second nature to me cuz i do it so much. i really ust need to loose atleast 20 pounds and then sick feel so great about myself. that is why my confidence is so low about my body. so i need to know what to eat and what not to eat/drinnk. like can anyone help me w/ every this. i need.. what to eat when to excercise, illl just run cuz i want to start training for track NEXT YEAR anyways, lmao. what to snack on it's really difficult to do every this when im in school cuz you have to eat like 5 times a day and w/ school its like reallly difficult. im in 9th by the way. any tips?? thank you so much for people who answer. your answers mean a lot to me. thanks again :]

Open Question: What if the Yankees abolished their traditional no-facial hair policy?

Wouldn't it just makes things fair to the game of baseball. I understand the Yankees well. They are by far the most popular franchise in every of baseball and they like being distinct from your typical baseball team but does the organization really have to hold an unnecessarily strict policy like that. Does it matter how a player looks out on the field? Did it matter to people what Damon looked with the caveman beard prior to playing with them for four seasons? Did it matter what Gaudin's trademark goatee looked like? Did people make a big deal out of Fasano's fu manchu? What I'm saying is a player's appearance doesn't matter, except heavy weight, but really, it shouldn't effect the way you hit a ball or toss on the mound. I think players can grow their hair and goatees the way they want to. By the way, I'm still not ruling out leaving this place, I just had the itch to ask and answer baseball questions once again. Woah calm down cali. I would take a break but my mind was simply on baseball which is why I had to post a question. But as I said I'll decide later this week. cali, I am aware that the Marlins had a no-beard policy before but that was at the time Girardi was at the helm. Freddi Gonzalez didn't do that.

We recently had a trade go through that some managers felt was terrible but we didn't have enough league votes to overturn it.
