Open Question: Girls, need some opinions. I believe in respecting girls..?

I always hear guys are looking at girls' boobs and slapping their butts and just staring at them. I think it's gross. I respect girls, I admit, it is very tempting to slap a girls butt, but I would never want to do anything that made the girl feel uncomfortable. Even if the girls is very beautiful, I would not touch her unless it's a hug! A girl deserves to have boundaries! 'm 14 years old. I'm really honest and always willing to help people. I receive great grades, believe in respecting girls and people say I'm really smart (and jokingly call me a nerd). However, I play baseball and basketball for my high school, so I am a good athlete. I have a great sense of humor and giggle a lot. I am very muscular for my age. I am shy , never kissed a girl, don't have a girlfriend, haven't ever been on a date, but I have danced with a girl and hugged some tight. Do girls like guys like me that respect them for who they are? When do girls like guys to touch them, and what is the best way to touch a girl to show her ou like her? thank you

Open Question: Custom-clothes sites where I can chose the exact pattern, fabric, and color? Custom button-ups or vests?

I've seen sites like Zazzle and Spreadshirt and what not, but these sites only let you take the basic shirts and add stuff to a tiny area. The options are limited and the black shirts look more like dark grey than black, at least in the pictures. I'm curious if there is a site where you can customize and order clothing items--particularly shirts--by selecting the pattern, color, fabric, etc. of the basic item itself? I'm also curious about sites that let you create custom button-up shirts and vests, rather than just T-shirts, or custom hats that are not merely white baseball caps with an image on the front. I've tried searching for these things myself to no avail, but perhaps someone here knows something?

Open Question: How can I "embrace" my left-handed-ness?

So I'm left-handed, but I do a lot of things right-handed. Baseball, tennis, guitar, etc. I don't do much with my left hand besides writing, eating, bowling, and a few other minor things. My right hand is even stronger. I'm envious of what I call "true" lefties--people who do almost everything with their left-hand. Is there any way I can "embrace" my left-handed-ness and start doing things with my left hand? Or would I have to like, train myself? Btw--sorry if this is in the wrong category, I'm not quite sure where to put it.

Open Question: Am I a ghost? Help me!?

Am I a ghost? How do I appear and reappear? I want to go to the middle of a football stadium and appear and reappear. Does this mean I can live forever? Why haven't other ghosts gone to the middle of a baseball stadium to appear and reappear to everyone? Am I the only ghost that wants to do that? If I was a ghost then I could be able to type because electron clouds would be reflecting and reacting to photons. Which means I would have to be made up of atoms. You close minded people or sheeple aren't getting the point. The point is why hasn't a single ghost appear/reappear infront of a big crowd? Does every ghost lose every memories of the past? Even if it did lose every memories of the past, why would it always appear/reappear infront of only 1-5 people instead of 10,000 or on tv? So yldndn6, who made up that rule? What happens if a ghost appears in a room with 6 people and 5 more walk in the room, what forces the ghost to disappear? Why can't a ghost appear in a room with a person for a long time? I think that you have psychosis, how stupid can you be to believe that ghosts are people that died from earth?

Open Question: How do I compare with an Ivy league applicant?

-4th in class (After finishing soph. year). My class only has 271 students (it is a selective high school though); either way, not too big. -GPA 4.5 (Weighted) -PSAT score: 196 -Private college prep school in Texas -Varsity Swimming - JV Baseball -Student Senator -Worked on the Freshman retreat -NHS - Won five academic awards this year; won one award for character -KEY club -Graduate with 200+ service hours -NO SAT scores yet - I know my chances at Harvard are extremely slim, but what about a school like Cornell (I actually have a family connection to Cornell- Although, it's very minor)? I especially would like to hear feedback from Ivy league students. Am I doing enough extracurriculars? Swimming in the morning and playing baseball in the evening leaves me little time to do a plethora of culbs/activites that many Ivy League applicants include on their resumes.

Open Question: In your opinion do you think that there is separation of mosque and state?

I know that our forefathers spoke strongly of separation of church and state, but why don't we have separation of mosque and state? I ask this because i travel often (twice a month) and repeatedly i look that somehow muslims can receive through security while wearing every their burquas, and headgear. On the other hand, every other man/lady wearing so much as a baseball cap has to take it off for security purposes Why is this? is it because we are "scared" of muslims?

Open Question: Does he still love me and will we get back together?

I went out with this one guy for about a month. But we still talked for about 4 in half months after that. Even when we weren't going out we still talked and acted like we were. I was the one who completely ended it. I kept telling him that he should move on so that i couldnt hurt him anymore. He still tried to receive me back. Finally after some time he asked out another girl. I was totally shocked at this. I didnt expect to have felt that way when i heard he had asked her out. I told him that i was sorry again and again and that i wanted another chance but he said that he really liked this girl and that he was over me. So i tried to win him back. i thought it was working since he still talked to me alot and gave me his stuff. He wanted me to arrive to his baseball games and everything. I kept on telling him how i felt but he would just receive very upset and say "I don't know." About a month ago i decided to completely cease talking to him and look what would happen. I work at a public pool and he came there a few times with his girlfriend. I sometimes caught him looking my way but i didnt talk to him or anything. Everyone thats asked him if he still liked me-he told them tht he didnt. I dont know if he is missing me or if he has completely forgotten about me. I dont know if he is just trying to make me jealous with this girl. I dont know how to receive him back and i truely have strong feelings for this guy! What do i do!? Someone please help me! I just want him back!

Open Question: Do you know about the teens that beat the girl's mother because they thought her "friend" was sexually?

attacking her? Police: Conn. teens mishear sex screams, beat man Jul 2 02:53 PM US/Eastern Comments (29) Share on Facebook Bookmark and Share TORRINGTON, Conn. (AP) - Police say a Connecticut girl overheard her mom's screams during sex and thought she was being assaulted, so she rounded up some friends to attack the lady's companion. The 16-year-old girl, two boys and a 19-year-old man were arrested Tuesday and arraigned Wednesday on assault and conspiracy charges. According to Torrington police and the lady, the girl thought her mom was being attacked on June 6. Police say the teens went into the bedroom and beat the mom's 25-year-old companion with a baseball bat and punched him. The man, Roger Swanson of Torrington, says he suffered a black eye and several bruises. The lady, Melanie Arnold, denies she screamed. She tells The Associated Press her daughter heard a slap and thought it was an assault. http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=D996G4DO0&show_article=1 This is the same place from whence came Tracy Thurman of A sob for Help.

Open Question: Please correct my grammar?

I am an international student, and the grammar problem is always my major problem. This is my homework due in next three hours. Please help me to correct grammar issue. I remember when I was young, I saw a baseball game between Korean national team and Cuban national team. The caster introduced Cuban national team as an unbeatable baseball team with 150 consecutive wins. Cuban people started play baseball in 1860’s. The baseball brought by Cuban students who studied in the United States and also American’s seaman. Since then, the baseball became Cuban’s national baseball and most beloved sport. Before its revolution, Cuba also had a professional baseball league and it had a huge baseball exchange between the United States and Cuba. In 1868, Cuban’s first baseball team, the Habana Baseball Club was formed. After the Habana Baseball Club, the baseball developed rapidly in Cuba until 1961. They also had a baseball game with every-American team in 1891. In 1961, Cuban revolution occurred and the Cuban government banned every the professional sport leagues in the Cuba. Ironically, Castro was a baseball player who applied for major league in the America and he is still a big fan of the Major League Baseball. Cuban’s long baseball history created many heroes. Martin Dihigo, Adolfo Luque, Tony perez, and Cristobal Torriente were one of the heroes. They every played in different leagues include Negro League, Major League, Mexican League, Cuban League and so on. The Cubans with white skin played in Major League and Minor League, and the Cubans with black skin played in Negro League. The baseball represents Cuba and the Cuba represents the baseball. Its long history and people’s adore for baseball raised many baseball heroes and their pride. The baseball will continues to stay in the Cuban people’s heart and the tiny island country is ready to rock the world again.

Open Question: How well is this story written?

Construstive Critism please, and rate it 1-10, please I figured this would take until midnight, even with my Ipod stereo. It was just my sister, my mom, and I. This garage had piles of crap from my childhood. I put my stereo on a shelf, and plugged my Ipod touch in. Viva la Vida was playing, and I started to clean. The lights flickered on and off. I looked around, alarmed. I knew it was a clear night, so rain couldn’t be causing a power outage. “Carter.” A haunting voice filled to room. I looked around wondering if it was my little sister, Amanda. “Amanda,” I called. No response, “Amanda, you annoying little brat, receive out here before I call mom!” I yelled. I heard a faint giggle. It sounded nothing like Amanda’s. It was more of a chime the Amanda’s signature squeak. “Who’s there?” I called. I sounded scared even in my possess ears. “Silly Carter. How can you not remember me?” The voice asked. I looked to the direction of the voice. My china doll was standing on her stand on the highest shelf. We were famed for looking same, and glassy green eyes, an olive complexion and curly sandy blonde hair. I knew her name, Catalina, was engraved on the plaque that was underneath her feet. It was Catalina that was talking. “Carter.” She snapped. I looked at her. “What?” I asked. Disbelief rang through every tone of my voice. I was talking to a doll, an inanimate object, after every. “What?” She mimicked my voice perfectly, “on the floor.” “What,” I asked, “Why would that be necessary?” “Now.” She snarled. Judging by what had happened in this garage, I had no choice but to obey. ******************** “Out, Carter.” I heard her mom call. I widened my eyes with utmost secrecy. Maybe if she were being punished, she’d finally play with me. I snorted quietly. She was fourteen, and I was a crazy expensive china doll. Suddenly I got mad. Carter never liked me, ever, but I always tried my best, with being cute and everything. Apparently ‘cute’ just wasn’t enough. I ordered her to lie on her stomach. “Why have you gone insane?” Carter asked. The stand and I started to slowly lift into the air, hovering just over the self I was perched on. I knew that was because of me. Maybe I was taking this a bit too far. “Why?” I repeated, just to make sure I heard correctly. “How do you think I felt, being abandoned and banished down here, while you moved on to sports and boys. Boys! A boy could never adore you the way a doll could. Instead of being paid back for every those difficult times, you deserted me down here with the spiders. I was supposed to make you glad.” I cried. I knew that if I were human, I’d be seriously crying. My eyes flicked over to where I sensed movement. I noticed that Carter was slowly moving toward another box. ******************** As Catalina talked, I busied myself with trying to figure out what she’d do, and then, what I’d do to retaliate. Then I remembered my titanium baseball bat, perfect for smashing things with. I slowly smiled. I had a plan. “arrive here.” Catalina demanded. I slowly stood up, grabbing the bat, and hiding it behind my back. Catalina lowered herself back onto her shelf. “Oh my god! It that a miniature plastic Louis Vuttion purse? My god, Catalina, it so goes with that outfit.” I exclaimed. Catalina whipped her head around. There was no purse, and when she turned back to me, she was facing a titanium baseball bat.” “I don’t know what happened here, nor do I ever want to know. One thing I learned, though, is that dolls are more trouble than they are worth.” I said, coolly. I raised the bat and bought it down as quick as I could, smashing Catalina to bits. I heard the cackling and a faint glow around the pieces, and Catalina the China Doll was no more. I rushed back up to the home. Somehow I felt dirty, like I just murdered an actual little girl, like I killed a part of my past. “Mom?” I called no answer. “Amanda?” Still no answer. I checked every square inch of the home. My mom and sister were gone.

Open Question: Help with writing a letter to Martin Luther King Jr. please?

These are my directions: Read the "Birmingham in 1963" document that is attached. Pretend you are an African-American living in Birmingham in 1963. Write a letter to Dr. King asking for his help with the Birmingham situation. Use examples from the document in your letter to describe what your life is like. Here is the Document: Birmingham in 1963 If you had visited Birmingham before the third of April in the one hundredth-anniversary year of the Negro's emancipation, you might have arrive to a startling conclusion. You might have concluded that here was a city which had been trapped for decades in a Rip Van Winkle slumber; a city whose fathers had apparently never heard of Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, the Bill of Rights, the Preamble to the Constitution, The Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments, or the 1954 decision of the United States Supreme Court outlawing segregation in the public schools. If your powers of imagination are great enough to enable you to place yourself in the position of a Negro baby born and brought up to physical maturity in Birmingham, you would picture your life in the following manner: You would be born in a Jim Crow hospital to parents who probably lived in a ghetto. You would attend a Jim Crow school. You would spend your childhood playing mainly in the streets because the "colored" parks were abysmally inadequate. When a federal court order banned park segregation, you would find that Birmingham closed down its parks and gave up its baseball team rather than integrate them. If you went shopping with your mom or dad, you would trudge along as they purchased at every counter except one, in the big or tiny stores. If you were hungry or thirsty, you would have to forget about it until you got back to the Negro section of town, for in your city it was a violation of the law to serve food to Negroes at the same counter with whites. If your family attended church, you would go to a Negro church. If you attended your possess Negro church and wanted to play safe, you might select a church that didn't have a pastor with a reputation for speaking out on civil rights. If you wanted to visit a church attended by white people, you would not be welcome. For although your white fellow citizens would insist that they were Christians, they practiced segregation as rigidly in the home of God as they did in the theater. If you wanted to contribute to and be a part of the work of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, you would not have been able to join a local branch. In the state of Alabama, segregationist authorities had been successful in enjoining the NAACP from performing its civil rights work by declaring it a "foreign corporation" and rendering its activities illegal. If you wanted a job in this city-one of the greatest iron- and steel producing centers in the nation-you had better settle on doing menial work as a porter or laborer. If you were fortunate enough to receive a job, you could expect that promotions to a better status or more pay would arrive, not to you, but to a white employee regardless of your comparative talents. If you believed your history books and thought of America as a country whose governing officials-whether city, state, or nationare selected by the governed, you would be swiftly disillusioned when you tried to exercise your right to register and vote. Your race, constituting two-fifths of the city's population, would have made up one-eighth of its voting strength. You would be living in a city where brutality directed against Negroes was an unquestioned and unchallenged reality. One of the city commissioners, a member of the body that ruled municipal affairs, would be Eugene "Bull" Connor, a racist who prided himself on knowing how to handle the Negro and keep him in his "place." As commissioner of public safety, Bull Connor, entrenched for many years in a key position in the Birmingham power structure, displayed as much contempt for the rights of the Negro as he did defiance for the authority of the federal government. You would have found a general atmosphere of violence and brutality in Birmingham. Local racists intimidated, mobbed, and even killed Negroes with impunity. One of the more vivid examples of the terror of Birmingham was the castration of a Negro man, whose mutilated body had then been abandoned on a lonely road. No Negro home was protected from bombings and burnings. From the year 1957 through January 1963, while Birmingham was still claiming that its Negroes were "satisfied," seventeen unsolved bombings of Negro churches and homes of civil rights leaders occurred. Open Question: How much jail time would one normally receive with these charges:?

My pal beat some guy senseless with a baseball bat. he later fled and was caught and tackeled to the ground by cops and arrested. Hes 16 years old so hes not an adult yet. He also had a gun on him, as well as a bit of coccaine and marijuana. We live in Vancouver BC Canada though so the courts are a bit less harsh than the us when it comes to drugs. What would he be charged with (the official specific names for the charges) and how much jail time would he receive for these charges. Keep in mind hes 16.
